Ive been using this dealership for the past 13 years and this was my worst experence. I showed up to get an oil change and noone came outside to greet me or to see what help i needed. They only came outside this was my worst experence. I showed up to get an oil change and noone came outside to greet me or to see what help i needed. They only came outside when someone else showed up for service a few minutes after i got there. It took an hour and a half before i got my truck back from doing a simple oil change. My truck was finished and parked in the completed area for 45mins before the adviser sent me a message it was done. He never even looked for me to tell me how the service went. When i got to my truck it still had all of the protective plastic inside and i noticed a floor mat cover was not used. All the plastic should have been removed and thrown away by an employee instead of me having to do that before i left. I used to be an service adviser there and the standards have dropped to almost nothing since i used to work there. I have had alot of vehicles worked on there and have bought multiple trucks there and for how things have changed there i will be taking my business elsewhere. More
