The sales people were great. I had issues with how a car listed at $29,991 ends up financing for $37,000+. I had a trade and supposedly, the trade-in value offered was only around $1,300 off from what I ow listed at $29,991 ends up financing for $37,000+. I had a trade and supposedly, the trade-in value offered was only around $1,300 off from what I owed to buy me out of the trade. The $833 reconditioning fee and $999 doc fee was surprising to me. I have never paid more than $299 for a doc fee and even showed the proof from my last purchase where the doc fee was under $299 at one of their competitors. I came here because of familiarity from getting my scat pack serviced when I lived nearby. So I showed my loyalty by buying from here. But the fee gouging with mediocre explanations turned me off. The other issue I had was the fact that there was only one key provided with the my purchase. Yes, you get the car “as is”, but come on. I trade in a pristine 2019 Ram 1500 with 21,266 miles, with two keys... one of which live in my dresser drawer and never used. You are the dealership and should clearly be able to produce a second key fob and program it to be sold to the new buyer, rather than tell me I have to buy my own spare key and have it reprogrammed on my own. Regardless if a trade comes with one key, the dealership should be able to send a new customer with two keys. That’s unsung customer service behind the scenes. More
