I have had an amazing experience with Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I was helped by Andy and I have not had a better experience at a service center EVER! They constantly kept me updated about the Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I was helped by Andy and I have not had a better experience at a service center EVER! They constantly kept me updated about the progress on my car, explained exactly what needed to be done and answered all of my questions without giving me any run around, and best of all they did not try and sell/fix anything that didn’t need to be fixed. On top of all of that Andy was very nice and professional and really made me feel like a valued customer, one of the main reasons I will defiantly be returning to this location anytime I have any service that needs to be done, and who knows, maybe a new car in the future. I honestly felt this was the worst experience since buying a car. First I kept being advised what type of vehicle I was buying and why I was paying that much. Second, After purchasing the vehicle I lef buying a car. First I kept being advised what type of vehicle I was buying and why I was paying that much. Second, After purchasing the vehicle I left the lot with less than a quarter tank of gas. ( unacceptable). Lastly my key battery very low less than a day after I left the lot. A completely different experience at Central Florida CDJR. Not only did we buy a Jeep on the spot, but we purchased an even more expensive version than we walked away from at Greenway solely based on the good customer experience Anthony was able to provide.
