New Car Transmission Problems Bought a 2019 Dodge Durango with 12,500 miles on it, broke down at a red light two days later. Would not go into gear. Customer service has been decent so far, I have not been compensated for my time lost or frustration yet. Kind of ruined a whole day, now I find myself disappointed with the vehicle and having to coordinate tows and repairs etc has left me frustrated. Hopefully I can update my review after the process is complete, and see what they can do for me above and beyond fixing the mechanical issue. (All repairs are under warranty) More

Service Fix car for $700 did not fix problem. Then fixed right problem fuel pump cost expensive. Then had them look at AC and fixed first problem. Did not fix Fix car for $700 did not fix problem. I worked out to pay 2000 for all issues and they would do it for 2100. I had my car there for 3 days. 2 days the first issue, which was not fixed. I had to call AAA after the first misdiagnosis. If I did not have AAA I would have been screwed. But by bringing car in to the dealer I was already screwed!!!! Not going back!!!! More
