Long wait, questionable troubleshooting. The a/c malfunctioned and shut down on a long drive to Orlando. I made an appt online and took the 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan to this dealer. I was th The a/c malfunctioned and shut down on a long drive to Orlando. I made an appt online and took the 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan to this dealer. I was there for three hours to be told that it was a blower motor. They did not have the part in stock and I doubted it immediately. On the drive back home the a/c worked fine and we havent had a problem. If the blower motor does go out I would amen my comment on the troubleshooting but 3 hours was still way too long for that.
