We made an appointment My wife and I were pleased with our recent service at central floods CJD. Our Pacifica needed an oil change and had a recall. We made an appointment online which was easy. My wife and 2 kids went over and were advised the recalls would take 8 hours and offered a loaner car. this was great allowing her to do errands and attend to the kids until the car was done. The texting service provided updates and the team was responsive with texts and calls when I asked for a status. It ended up taking overnight but the team was great at calling to let me know when it would be ready and a final call to confirm it was ready. The open communication was key. More
