Was ok He gave me a wrong information . I had to back to fix the tinted windows and he told me that I could go around 3 pm any day and not problem and they He gave me a wrong information . People are nice enough but they did not resolve the issues. It has been 2 months and 5 visits and my check engine light is still on. I understand they work from the diagnostic stick that they put in the vehicle It has been 2 months and 5 visits and my check engine light is still on. I understand they work from the diagnostic stick that they put in the vehicle and then read it for what the computer says. Each time they think they had it and “ding the check engine light goes on again” one of their technicians was prepared to take it overnight to try to resolve and the light went on before he left the parking lot. I was getting a bit impatient and miffed with the dragging on and guessing so they did loan me a vehicle for a Week bit still no resolution except to say thet they would put all the money that we spent so far to take something else apart and send it away for diagnosis. That would be another 3000 Then we said no because belief and trust at this point is very small and all seems like No common sense and just lets read the diagnosis from the computer. My husband seems to think it is a fuel injection problem from the way it runs a bit rough in the first 5 minutes and then seems to settle into a festive fine. . I think the guys cringed each time I came in with the repeat problem. There are a lot of miles on the vehicle but most are highway miles. It has been bought and cared for and always taken To Central Florida CJD. No one else has ever worked on it but this time has been a huge challenge. I really hope that others have better resolutions than we Have experienced. I now drive with the check engine light still on. More
