I am glad I made that decision. I think the salesperson really can make or break your experience. I already knew what car I wanted and was okay with the price I saw on the website for it so it was a fairly simple process. I was very pleased to have Gabriel as my sales associate. He was down to earth and not pushy. He also had a great understanding of the Jeep’s features and gave me a tutorial. Charlie the sales manager was also very nice and I felt comfortable working with him. Henson in finance educated me on the warranties and I never felt any pressure. I enjoyed working with everyone. More

I hadn’t been car shopping since 2007, when I bought my last vehicle from Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I’d gone through a few personal setbacks last year, including 2 hospital visits, so I was not looking forward to the process, but I couldn’t wait. I started looking a few months ago, via Cargurus & several other apps, but I made my decision to start really making an effort a couple days before, because I received an invitation from Mr. Tidwell in the mail with a nice message. It made me think that due to my previous purchase, it may be a more pleasant experience...the Readers Digest version is that I was not disappointed. Although I never dealt with Javier, which was supposedly the person that I had emailed with, I was greeted by Lisa Houston- even though they were closing she treated us (my daughter, granddaughter & I) very well and was so patient while showing me the vehicle I had seen online...it was as if she had all day. After the test drive, Lisa even suggested another vehicle that I hadn’t seen online and let us test drive that one, too. The rest is really history, but the teamwork between Lisa & the finance rep, Roberto was the best experience. They worked with just us, for almost 2 1/2 hours after the dealership closed to arrange everything. We love our new vehicle & couldn’t be happier. Just go check it out, you won’t be disappointed ... True to their warranty Took my 2004 TJ to get fixed because of starting issues. They diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump, which I wouldn't have caught because it was new. Still Took my 2004 TJ to get fixed because of starting issues. They diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump, which I wouldn't have caught because it was new. Still had some issues with it after they got me a new fuel pump, so I took it back. They didn't ask any questions, and said they'd fix it under their warranry. Took care of the issue and I had it back the same day. They gave me a detailed report of everything they did each trip for my records. I'm much more likely to return because of the peace of mind their service offers over a private mechanic. I'd suggest these guys for a serious issue with the Jeep instead of playing "part darts" More
Team worked hard to meet commitment I had previously been in for my 120,000 mile scheduled servicing when I brought up the issue with my Air Conditioner not coming on immediately. It wa I had previously been in for my 120,000 mile scheduled servicing when I brought up the issue with my Air Conditioner not coming on immediately. It was determined that there was a servo issue and the Computer was holding the A/C through the diagnostics. A part was ordered but it required the dashboard to be removed, which is a minimum of an 8 hour activity. This was a month ago, Geo Merced walked me through the process but I needed to wait until I could find the funds. When I showed up the day after Memorial Day, Ray Lopez met me and we went over the complete history and the reason I was there. I was very impressed that all of the notes from Geo, and the technion, Luigi?, had been scanned and were available. I told Ray that I was prepared to hang around until the technion removed the dashboard in case there was an issue. Ray told me that I had been preapproved for a rental. The activity actually spanned two days so I was grateful. Ray and the Team did a great job, I am very impressed. More
