I did set an appointment and brought the vehicle in. When I brought the vehicle in I was promptly greeted by Ray the service advisor, he explained what the recalls were about, he gave me an estimated time for completion, I waited for the vehicle, the work was completed on time. I called before the tow truck came and talked with April. She was incredibly nice (at the time I was not in the best frame of mind having an early problem on my brand new Jeep. Justin checked me in and kept me informed every step of the way. He was very polite and also sympathetic to my situation. The team did a great job and swapped out a faulty sensor within 24 hours. I was really impressed and happy with what could have been a very frustrating day. More

He made sure we had everything we needed and kept me updated by phone text. The waiting room was very comfortable and spacious. Area staff and sales people were very nice and understanding of how my son liked to play carefully of course. The lobby had a break area with lots of seating, complimentary coffee and other refreshments for purchase. We felt very comfortable and well bring any future service needs here. More
