Oil change anf CD player not functioning This was my first experience with Chrysler, Mr Eli was helpful and courteous but service department is not what I expected, Took my car in Friday at 8 This was my first experience with Chrysler, Mr Eli was helpful and courteous but service department is not what I expected, Took my car in Friday at 8 am I was told that it was going to take time for them to co the radio so I went home in the courtesy transport wich by the way the young man was friendly and courteous. Around 6:30pm I call to know the status of my car and was told after various attempt to communicate with Eli tru phone and text, never had any respond from the dealer. So since it was 7 PM and no communication got to the conclusion that it was not served and since the service dept. Close at 7 pm. Fallowing day I got in touch with Mr Eli and he told me they didn't do anything to the car because they had to order the part wich has been 7 days and until today I have not received a phone call to let me know that the part is in. My car was parked I was never notifide to pick it up, until the fallowing dai that I got in touch with Mr. Eli. More

They worked hard with the bank, their numbers, and mine to assure we are all happy with the final numbers. What impressed me most was how even workers that aren't working directly with me, still helped me out. Whether its to make sure I'm not starving, or just to have a chat as I wait for numbers. The person who helped me was Javier Atencio and I would definitely recommend people ask for him. His patience and understanding was amazing. Jaime in finance made the closing part fast and easy. Terrible Experience. Never Buy Here Again I have missing parts and can’t get anyone to resolve the problem. Sales says it’s not their problem and refers me to parts. Apparently parts is a sepa I have missing parts and can’t get anyone to resolve the problem. Sales says it’s not their problem and refers me to parts. Apparently parts is a separate entity and there is no communication between the two. People promise to call me back and never do. The only way to find out anything is to drive there make a fuss. The dealership is an hour from where I live so it’s a major inconvenience. Things were taken off my trade in and subsequently lost. I will never purchase here again. More
