As for time, you will have to have an empty schedule for at least 3 1/2 hours but they will definitely get the job done and look at whatever you ask them to. More

3rd time isn't always the charm We tried this dealer when we first bought our 2015 Journey. The whole process was kind of a rush in all, we ended up getting a different color than wh We tried this dealer when we first bought our 2015 Journey. The whole process was kind of a rush in all, we ended up getting a different color than what we wanted because it wasn't ready at the time of pick up. During the time of ownership we had horrible customer service from the service department and really too many of them to list. Even called coorporate to see if they would assist us with our issues and basically found out more from them than the actual salesperson. Anyhow I know not too long ago I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex in the service department with our Journey and he was very pleasant..... Now in the beginning of this year we tried to give this location another shot and dealt with Efrain whom we were told he's no longer there. We wasted most of our day day waiting to get the results for a Durango in which we first just requested information on and they were so pushy that before we knew it he said the truck is clean and ready to go. Just had to wait for finance to give us the numbers. By then it was already late and we had to leave to pick up our son. We were supposed to come back but alot started happening that we didn't quite get around to it and also because Efrain was supposed to call us with information on insurance quotes that he said he would get for us. Never heard from him again and received a text saying congratulations on your new Durango. We hadn't signed any final documents or even knew the results with prices. Finally went back in and asked for Wesley since he had reached out and asked if we could come in because the process was just about done and that he would help. We arrived and he was busy so instead he allowed Javier to help us. We explained our experience and he said no worries that he would look for out file so it could be a quick transaction. Well that didn't happen, he said Lisa's license wasn't in there so he needed it. Lisas purse was stolen so she had no documents and was waiting for them to arrive in the mail. Slowly started asking for other things meanwhile more time being spent at the dealer again for something that they claimed they had. He was quick to switch keys and got us the manual once we test drove the Durango. As we waiited for finance again, we waited for a long time and finally as we were about to leave then they called us to the office. As we started the process of signing the papers they told us we were signing in the wrong spots. Lisa had to sign as the primary and Hector as co signer. We were shocked because that wasn't the deal we spoke about then they explained that it would work out best that way for us so we continued. Not at any point was any other information asked about us nor anynother documents requested. We signed everything and left with the new Durango as we left our Dodge Journey. Weeks later we we're called because they needed documents that they didn't find in our file. We went ahead and sent them and asked again, so are we done? They told us yes! Now here we are again being called because of an issue with Lisas address. Big confusion due to the lack of communication that was spent on rushing the sale instead of being more careful with our service. Customers should always come first and they shouldn't be feeling stressed out after about a month because the dealer is still contacting asking for things that they should've handled while we were there before finalizing anything. People have lives and problems as well as emergencies that they have to attend to and can't be just dropping by whenever nor shoild we be worried that there's a problem with the contract we signed. Being told No the registration will not be issued until you come back to sign the new contract is not something that we as your cuatomers should be told. There has been a death in the family and again here we are having to worry about another document. In all if we would've known it was going to be such a stressful and long process then we should've just went elsewhere. Which is what we originally wanted to do due to our first purchase at this location. Seems like getting sales and making numbers is more important. More
