I went in for an oil change. The dealer insisted we do an alignment that in my opinion was not needed. My vehicle was returned with damaged wheel and tire and big scratch on the The dealer insisted we do an alignment that in my opinion was not needed. My vehicle was returned with damaged wheel and tire and big scratch on the side and the alignment was off, pulling to the side and steering wheel not centered. I had to go back 4 times in the next 3 weeks to get everything corrected. At the end they gave me a credit for the damaged tire and repair the wheel and the scratch. But the frustration and the wasted time was not reimbursed. The service rep. was helpful and polite, just pushy at the beginning with the unnecessary alignment, which lead to all the troubles. More
