I like the dealership a lot, the service dept. on the other hand not so much of late. The last few service visits have been opportunistic at best. I’m still awaiting full resolution on my most rec on the other hand not so much of late. The last few service visits have been opportunistic at best. I’m still awaiting full resolution on my most recent visit. It should have been an a simple oil change and tire rotation and balance. I booked an early morning appointment in advance for this. I was told two hours to get it done. Not only was it closer to 6 hours for my car to be ready. They also left a lug nut off entirely and loose on one rim/tire that made the wheel sound terrible. And the oil change light keeps flashing. Plus they never put air in my tires…after balancing and rotating them. This will be my third visit to them to get all of the issues rectified. As they forgot to address the oil change after the second visit and again several hours waiting. More

I have to say this dealership is one of the worse I have ever dealt with. From sales to the service departments. The only department I have something good to say about is finance with Danny Roberts. Dropped off my brand new Dodge Durango for manufacture defects and was told it would just need to be kept overnight and Marcous the service advisor would contact me this morning. Here were are in the evening and not contact. I called 4 times now and keep getting told he's busy, the service manager is busy and Danny Roberts is busy. If this is how you treat customers, don't expect me to be a returning customer. Spending 2 days and over 13 hours on the sales floor to work out a deal is ridiculous. Now this with service. Unacceptible on so many levels. I will never recommend anyone to use this dealership. There are others, so use them. More
