Upon arrival a salesman tried upselling me for a new vehicle, saying the problem I described was a known problem and difficult to solve. It was better to trade in and buy another. Although, they took m vehicle, saying the problem I described was a known problem and difficult to solve. It was better to trade in and buy another. Although, they took my Gladiator on time, one hour later I came and saw it outside, so I asked if it was ready. They said it was. The person in charge said it needed to replace both batteries, so I asked if was done. No it wasn’t. I then had to wait again for them to take it to the back to do the replacements. It seemed more timely to when in the service bay the first time to call me and asked if I wanted it done. Overall, I was grateful to be taken in short notice, since I am a out of tower on vacation More
