I actually didn’t complete the first Free oil change on my Jeep. I arrived on time and was waiting an hour later. When they trued to explained that a oil changes cannot be completed in under an hour (meani my Jeep. I arrived on time and was waiting an hour later. When they trued to explained that a oil changes cannot be completed in under an hour (meaning I would be there 2 hours minimum for a simple oil change) I laughed and left. Total clown service department. I will not be back for my additional Free oil changes. More

The service writer was great but on multiple trips had a appointment and apparently that means nothing at your dealership. I understand that the dealship is busy but when someone makes appointment they expe appointment and apparently that means nothing at your dealership. I understand that the dealship is busy but when someone makes appointment they expect that you will hold up to that and not just put you next in line with drive up customers. I also feel that when you arrive and multiple greater are standing outside and no one approaches for over 10 minutes this is unacceptable. I feel this dealership could really use some changes in how they handle the flow of customers and organization. Also when I arrived a manager was standing in the drive up lanes for the service department giving a staff meeting on how to up sale customers this is highly unprofessional! More

The service center as a whole is 5 star, angel my service writer was cool and very personable. The only reason this is a 4 star review is because I made an appointment for 8am to get my oil changed. Got there at 7:40am and didn’t leave until 10am. 2 hours to change oil is very excessive but I do understand that there could possibly be cars from the night prior. All in all angel kept me in the loop about what was going on ans apologized for the wait. More

Bob is a great communicator and provides personal customer service. However, upon arriving to pick up my vehicle. No one seemed to care to help. I waited 30 minutes after an employee said he’ customer service. However, upon arriving to pick up my vehicle. No one seemed to care to help. I waited 30 minutes after an employee said he’ll get back to me. He never came back. I then went to the front again and this time someone actually helped me. Total time for car pick up: 45 minutes!
