Went for a simple fuel pump recall my car was running great . Get my car back fuel spraying everywhere. Take it back they fix it . Then I go turn on my ac and now blowing hot air . Winston my service advisor is awesome and this rating is not about him. The person that did my oil change left grease on both fenders and did not bother to wipe it down. The advantage team did not bother to not about him. The person that did my oil change left grease on both fenders and did not bother to wipe it down. The advantage team did not bother to reattach the trim that he took off to put door guards on the both fell off when we opened the back doors. I called the dealership and requested that the service manager call me and never got a call. So sad. More

Brought in my Pacifica hybrid mini van for Advantage service. Waited for 1 1/2 hours. Upon completion the only thing that was done was tires and door edge & cup guards. Nothing was done on the exterior, service. Waited for 1 1/2 hours. Upon completion the only thing that was done was tires and door edge & cup guards. Nothing was done on the exterior, the vehicle was never cleaned. I had just had the EV battery charged, the service people left the heater on high and the battery was completely discharged. Needless to say I was wild. This will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from your dealership. More
