Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

Vehicle was dropped off on a Monday morning. Vehicle was not even looked at until Wednesday at the earliest. I know this because I had to call to ask what the status was and they couldn’t find my informati not even looked at until Wednesday at the earliest. I know this because I had to call to ask what the status was and they couldn’t find my information in the system and didn’t know what vehicle it was. Once they started work on it they told me it needed a starter and it would take a day to get the part so it’d be done on Thursday. Thursday they said they did not have the part yet and the vehicle would not be done until Saturday. Once I finally went to pick up the vehicle they charged me an extra hour for labor! I had to call at least twice a day to make sure everything was moving along once they actually started working on it. Overall very poor experience, it should not take 5 days to change a starter.
