Journey alternator I wasn't happy to hear that my alternator went out in less than 2 years that I bought my new car, but was okay after Steve explained it to me. I'm sur I wasn't happy to hear that my alternator went out in less than 2 years that I bought my new car, but was okay after Steve explained it to me. I'm sure that I wasn't the easiest person to deal with. End result Steve did an awesome job and handled it in a timely manner. He knew my car wasn't going to be ready in time for me so he gave me a rental for the day. Thank you Steve for your assistance and making the process smooth. More

Oil Change Review I came in to get a oil change before I went to work. Alex made the whole process smooth from beginning to end. Went in for oil change and new tires. Return 4 hours later to wait another 2 hours for the service to finish. They scratched all my rims. Had to bring it back the next day to let them try to fix my rims. Returned 4 hours later and the buff job they did to fix my rims didnt fix it and I think they look worse in some places. I had to take my truck home because I had a flight to catch. Service manager said he would look into getting me new rims. No word from him yet. More
