Right now I have the 2020 Rogue SL, but I felt at Town North, it was kind of pushed on to me. For a moment I thought the Rogue was too big and I wanted to downsize to a Rogue Sport SL. As soon as pulled into the Central Nissan parking lot, I was immediately greeted by Steve S. I wasn’t used to such wonderful customer service, so it was a sense of fresh air. I explained my dilemma to him, and now I don’t think I made the wrong decision. It was as if he was selling me the car all over again, but in the way that it’s supposed to be sold to a guest. I have never felt more confident in an investment, and if it weren’t for Steve S., I’d be driving something that didn’t fit my needs for a daily driver. Sometimes all you need is the right person to make you feel as though you didn’t just throw $30,000 down the drain.
