Horrible service experience. Service agent had poor attitude, yelled at me when I asked a question. Kept going on and on and still never answered my question. Got so bad one of his coworker had to pull his coat and tell him Not to respond anymore . When I went to report him to the Service Director, he barged into the office sat in the chair with attitude to try and intimidate me. I acknowledged him and said that my story is the same whether he is there or not because it is the truth and his lack of professionalism needs to be handled. At least 5 other service agents witnessed this and none intervened until he was yelling and pacing and the one told him to stop very inconspicuously. If it wouldn’t void my warranty, I would never go back again. More
I purchased a vehicle from here a few years ago, and just recently totaled the vehicle while trying to get my gap insurance to cover for the remaining balance on my loan. I’m in the need to cancel some warra recently totaled the vehicle while trying to get my gap insurance to cover for the remaining balance on my loan. I’m in the need to cancel some warranties. I’ve called this dealership multiple times during different hours of the day for the past three weeks and have received no call back the person who answers the phone forward to me to finance and finance has a full voicemail and never answers. I also left messages with the person who answers but have received. No call back. This is a horrible dealership with horrible customer service. More
The used car salespeople. we dealt with (Daniela and John) were pleasurable to work with. Although the indoor showroom looks cool, you really can't visually inspect the vehicl we dealt with (Daniela and John) were pleasurable to work with. Although the indoor showroom looks cool, you really can't visually inspect the vehicle very well in that lighting. The Sales group can be dealt with quickly but the wait for a Finance person to see you after the sales price is agreed upon is annoying. However, to be fair, this seems to be true of several Houston area Nissan dealers.l More
