They are good I went in wanting to get rid of my 4 runner had a couple of problems with it when I bought it new. I had asked about the Tacoma and what they could do I went in wanting to get rid of my 4 runner had a couple of problems with it when I bought it new. I had asked about the Tacoma and what they could do for a high mileage lease at 30,000 per year. The first offer for 2 years did not work for me so they came up with a 3 year offer and we negotiated back and forth for few minutes until both of us agreed. They paid off the rest of my 4 runner I was satisfied with that. I now have a 3 year lease with 30,000 mile per year and also I am paying 75.00 less per month compared to what I was paying on my 4 runner. I am pretty sure I will be satisfied and at the end of the lease I will lease another Vehicle from them. they also mentioned if I have a lot of miles left over they could probably give me credit towards another vehicle. As long as they treat me well I will always deal with them More

Very Satisfied!!! I had started my search for a new lease and decided to stop by and see Chris Albee on an afternoon I had off. I wasn't planning on leasing that day as I was looking for another manual Corolla SE in a certain color and didn't think they would even have it in stock as I know they are pretty rare. They just happened to have it. However, I saw a beautiful Ruby Red Camry and thought that I would try a different car and ended up deciding to go with a Camry. It was a big mistake on my behalf and I regretted it immediately after getting home that night. (as the car was just not the right fit for me) I contacted Jeff & Chris first thing in the morning letting them know the car just wasn't right for me. Both Jeff and Chris were very understanding, friendly and were not in the least bit upset with me. They stated they didn't want me in a car I wasn't happy. I was very impressed as I know not all dealers would have felt or taken the car back. They had already swapped out the Corolla I had looked at. So, they went and located another one and had it within a day! I was very pleased with how the handled the situation and how I was treated. They were both very patient with me and spent a lot of time getting all the necessary information and paperwork ready. Everyone there was very nice and friendly as well. I could have gone back where I had leased my car, but since they wanted nothing to do with me and the team at Central Maine Toyota showed a willingness and effort to earn my business again I'm glad to have given it to them.
