My experience was very personalized - I found Manette specifically to be very endearing, efficient and thorough I traded in a vehicle for a new lease. There was no pressure, I was ambivalent about the model and felt i had time and room to discuss options, pros cons. There were caveats like my car and license being out of state that were non issues because Manette did her research ahead of time. Paxton helped orient me to my new car and i will be returning for the encore (brilliant feature offered here because of course there will be questions that arise that you cant google). Bradley was my initial contact and i appreciated the follow up. The actual process is streamlined and I can see myself refer others and return to Century. Having dealt with BMW dealerships in PA, I can tell you Century is beyond even the courtesy of the South I'm getting used to. My experience here has been a warm welcome to HSV and I am confident aftercare will be the same. Its evident this is a family owned establishment and I appreciated the experience. More
