I'm guessing that all of these 5 star reviews are from the new, not used, dealership. I bought my used vehicle several months ago. Noticed a shake a couple days after purchase and took it in to have it lo the new, not used, dealership. I bought my used vehicle several months ago. Noticed a shake a couple days after purchase and took it in to have it looked at while still under the dealership warranty. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle and said they didn't feel a shake. They sent me home with said vehicle. Couple weeks later, I contact them again with the same issue. They told me everything was fine, but, I asked them to please look at the rotors, brakes, and alignment. They changed the rotors and brakes. Said it didnt need an alignment. Shake was good for a couple of days and then went right back to the same thing. Contacted them again. No issue found. Fast forward to when I run out of my warranty... suddenly they find the issue. Or said they did. They demanded payment for a diagnostic fee (one that wouldn't have occurred during the warranty period) unless I allowed them to make the repair. They said my vehicle needed new tires and an alignment. (Even though, previously, neither of those things were needed). Also, a part for a separate problem that was occurring was needed. I had new tires put on, had an alignment done. Low and behold, the vehicle still shakes, and makes a louder noise than it did prior to said tires and alignment. I contacted them AGAIN. During all of this, they were kind enough to provide me with a loaner vehicle, but now, suddenly, they can no longer do that. All of this could have been avoided if they would have taken the time to properly diagnose my vehicle during the warranty period. Now, I'm out thousands of dollars when I never should have been. I've not been able to thoroughly enjoy my vehicle because it has been in the shop more than I've had it and it's still not fixed. My advice to potential customers that can't afford to make a mortgage sized payment on a vehicle, or pay cash, look elsewhere. They don't take you seriously unless you make 6 figures or more, or are purchasing a brand new vehicle. More
I’ll start off positive and say my service advisor and salesperson were nice with great customer service. As far as management, horrible and they don’t care about anything but money and not doing cred salesperson were nice with great customer service. I feel like I got taken by believing I purchased a certified vehicle but instead I purchased a functioning lemon. It was a problem from the beginning. Instead of trying to keep a customer they just wanted more money! Im currently paying a car note on vehicle that I can’t drive or trade in without spending more money. I will never trust this establishment ever again and will never recommend purchasing a car from there. Im seriously considering legal counsel! Beyond pissed! As of month ago, non responsive and still no car! The worst customer service and dealership I’ve ever experienced. Never buy from this dealership especially pre owned! More

I called about an ad that was placed for a F250. The salesman was professional and sent me pictures and answered all my questions. I told him I would like to buy the vehicle and he said he would get me salesman was professional and sent me pictures and answered all my questions. I told him I would like to buy the vehicle and he said he would get me some paperwork. The next thing I knew I was sent a text that I could not buy the vehicle. I asked to speak to his boss who is in charge of the used vehicle department and he gave me a complete runaround. He told me he can’t take a deposit until the truck is inspected. I asked him can you take a deposit to hold the vehicle and he said no. I had a fishy feeling and the next day in the morning I could see all the ads were gone and the vehicle after I called I was told was sold. The reality is though manager in charge of the used vehicle department head probably one of his buddies wanting to buy it and he just put me off. He lied to me about not being able to take a deposit and how the vehicle was being looked at and then it couldn’t be done until afterwards. I was just treated with no respect lied to and cheated out of being able to buy the vehicle I wanted to. He also cheated the salesman who would’ve gotten a commission to sell it to one of his buddies. I would hope the dealership fires this manager who obviously has no Business sense and has no problem lying to his customers as long as it suits his needs. I would stay away from this dealership. Maybe they’ll sell you a lemon and tell you it’s a greatest deal on the planet but I’ll end up being what is a lemon and lemon of a dealership. More
I got a crack in my windshield so I knew that Jaguar wants to do the work to maintain the warranty. So I reached out to the Collision dept, and after conversing with the guy via email. I sent him an email that stated "I want to get a replacement". Apparently, that wording was not clear enough because when I called a week later they had not ordered. Just not great service. More
