It was a long drawn out process because Volvo NA didn't want to provide an allocation for us. They stuck it out with us and kept us in constant contact with their efforts to get Volvo to provide us with an allocation. All said and done it was about a 9 month process, sure we could have gone to another dealer (nearest dealer is 2+ hours away) but I didn't want that hassle. Josh's courtesy towards my wife in the early days when she was just checking the car out really impressed me. Most people blew my wife off because she had 2 young boys with her and they didn't want to deal with that, but not Josh and his team. So my hats off to Josh and team at Century for their professionalism and courtesy. More
