Chris followed up well. 2 or 3 weeks later found two other cars we wanted to see. We met, test drove and bought a used BMW that day. The process was painless and easy. No need to negotiate. The price was good, fair market value. Paperwork was quick (we bought on a Monday). The car was cleaned and delivered timely. Chris, besides being helpful throughout the time we were looking at different cars and giving us good feedback, once we were ready to drive off the lot he went over any questions and showed us how to operate some of the features we were unfamiliar with, paired my phone to the car. Really pleasant experience overall. In the future rather than looking for a car across Phoenix I'll be going to Certified Benz and Beemer and seeing what they have on hand. More
