The experience was well worth the plane ride. I began my research on a Saturday & my purchase on Sunday afternoon. I initiated the transaction by inquiring about the vehicle on line. Mr. Ortega answered all my questions that I had regarding the condition of the vehicle. I didn't want to travel to Arizona and be disappointed. However, all my questions and concerns were answered by the text messages, emails & phone calls. Mr. Ortega offered to pick me up from the airport which even let me know that I was dealing with a true professional. After completing the transaction I had four hours prior to my flight leaving to go back to California . I was then taken to the local mall and was advised of the many restaurants in the area & shopping that I may also enjoy before I left Arizona. I would definitely refer anyone to this dealership for the attention to detail that Bobby Ortega continued throughout the entire process. More

Excellent Service! No haggle experience I called the CBB Dealership today in search for a used car that I found on Autotrader.com and was kindly greeted on the phone by Sammy, a sales rep. H I called the CBB Dealership today in search for a used car that I found on Autotrader.com and was kindly greeted on the phone by Sammy, a sales rep. He learned the car I was inquiring about and asked what additional info I needed plus offered to FaceTime the vehicle since I was an out-of-state buyer and not able to see it in person. He also verified the car was still available so we could discuss the buying and delivery process. Sammy was eager to let me know all the dealership charges to sell the vehicle and immediately followed up with an email detailing our conversation to further the transaction. I would also like to mention that when CBB placed their vehicle ad on Autotrader.com, it was easy for me to navigate through all the 3rd party sites noted directly on the ad by CBB. The sites such as Carfax, Kelly Blue Blook, BBB and DealerRate to reference the vehicle I was buying and any additional pertinent info. Furthermore, this dealership lays out upfront shipping charges, noted on their site from a trusted shipper so you don't have to do the leg work yourself. Seeking for a car located in another state can be cumbersome, but I believe this dealership has the unique platform and makes the purchase experience an ease. I will be using Sammy as my preferred rep in the future and highly recommend working with him. I will be getting my car delivered soon and will place a final review on this site again, once my car is delivered to my door step in California to finalize my purchase. More

And I fell in love. This car had everything and was $8000 less than the Audi. Thank You Christian for thinking on your feet. More
