Yet I was treated very well, and we quickly came to a workable agreement. Andy was especially helpful, and I never felt pressured. Our negotiations were fast and clean. Travis handled the paperwork professionally and quickly. It simply wasn't a burden. The whole process was so different than that which I've experienced at other dealerships. I was treated with respect and care, even though my transaction was one of their more minor sales for the month. I would definitely recommend a visit to this dealership. Great communication from all involved which made for a very easy transaction from dealing with sales to finance to Andy on delivery to review options on car. I drove out from Ca. to pick up and drove back home that day. I do have to say I was a little disappointed that the car was not detailed when I picked up. Car was clean but looks like it had a quick car wash and was still dirty on roof and door jams. Tire pressure light went on as soon as I drove out of lot and checked at first opportunity to noticed all four tires were under inflated by 10psi. Apparently car had been on lot for awhile and no real thorough check had been done before my scheduled pick up. Took in for complete detail when I arrived back home which I shouldn't had to do! More
