Berrin and Samuel were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I was there with my 2 small children and really appreciated their patience and understanding. Mo, in financing, was great as well. The best part was that there is no haggling, just straight up great service. It made the process quick and painless. I couldn't believe how quickly we were in and out of there! Great salesman! I initially spoke to Craig on the phone regarding a used Jeep Wrangler. He was helpful from our first conversation and throughout our test drives. Wh I initially spoke to Craig on the phone regarding a used Jeep Wrangler. He was helpful from our first conversation and throughout our test drives. When I asked him a question he had an answer. If he didn't have the answer he did the necessary footwork to find it. The dealership was willing to do whatever was necessary for us (put heated seats in the Wrangler because it didn't have them) to be sure the vehicle was what we wanted. No other dealership offered to upgrade the seats. We did not buy from CBB because we were looking for something very specific. However I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership, or, Craig based on my experience. More
