On my second visit I was helped by Frank, I ended up closing the deal on a very well taken care / low mileage car at a pretty good price. Amazing customer service ! I had to bring my car in because it had a check engine light on and was making some noise. I wasn't sure what was going on and was afraid to keep driv I had to bring my car in because it had a check engine light on and was making some noise. I wasn't sure what was going on and was afraid to keep driving it the way it was. I called the dealership and Tyson was able to get me in to have my car looked at, which made me feel so much better. He was so helpful in explaining what the men in the back were going to do to find the problem. I waited in the customer lounge area until Tyson came in with an update on what was wrong with my car. Turns out it was just some over due maintenance work, thank goodness! Tyson was so kind and patient with all my questions. I don't know much about cars but he took the time to explain everything to me, sometimes twice. Thank you Tyson for turning my fears around and getting my car in a safe working condition. I will definitely be back to see him for all my vehicle needs from now on! Thanks again! More

BMW Purchase My previous vehicle was recently totaled and I needed a "new" one. I kept seeing C.B.B. ads pop up on Google and I decided I would just walk in there My previous vehicle was recently totaled and I needed a "new" one. I kept seeing C.B.B. ads pop up on Google and I decided I would just walk in there on 11/21/15. I was immediately greeted by a wide-smiling gentleman named Austin Hart. I explained to him what my budget was for a "new" car and I asked if we could test drive one of the BMW's I saw online. He was a very jovial and personable guy, and he walked me directly to the car I mentioned. We took a test drive and he explained the various features of the BMW. We had a few laughs and eventually returned to the dealership. I didn't test drive anything else because I was sold on this particular car. Normally, I would downplay my interest in any car due to the potential for looking like and easy "target". I think Austin could tell, because he kept reassuring me that C.B.B. would much rather have me as a life-long customer than just a one-time, get as much money as possible transaction. I felt more relaxed and allowed myself to try to "enjoy" the car-buying process. Austin and his boss ran my credit and showed me the numbers. There was no haggling. I loved that. They came to me with one offer, I counter-offered, and we agreed in the middle. Very straight forward. In most dealerships, I end up sitting there sweating for [8] hours while we slowly reach an agreement. It's enough to make one never want to drive again, just to avoid dealing with the haggling. Good job C.B.B. After we reached our tentative agreement, Austin walked me over to the finance department to finalize everything. I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes before I met with Rocio. That's not a bad wait time. I guess it could have been much worse. haha. Rocio was very kind and knowledgeable. Seeing as how I just bought a used BMW, I knew I would need an extended warranty and GAP coverage. She explained the multiple tiers of extended coverage and I decided to go with one of them. There was a slight hiccup in the alteration of my monthly payment due to the addition of the coverage. However, she took it upon herself to speak with her manager and we got that all straightened out. The bank that we chose to go with, happened to be closed on that Saturday. So, I had to wait until Monday to find out if I had secured my loan. I've experienced that exact tactic in the past, but other dealerships were just trying to get me to fall in love with my new car, then come back with a higher interest rate or ask for a higher down payment. That did not happen with C.B.B. Rocio called me on the following Monday and said we were all good. I was very happy that Rocio went the extra mile to get me in my "new" car, without trying to nickel and dime me to death. The only negatives of the whole process were: 1. The car was obviously not fully detailed prior to me picking up the keys (i.e. patches of dirt visible that I noticed on the test drive). 2. The car had less than a quarter of a tank of gas in it. I had to immediately fill it up. Overall, this has been the best dealership experience I have ever encountered. I have waited to leave a review just to ensure that I was providing a fair and balanced review. My opinion hasn't changed in a week. If you need/want a used BMW/Benz, C.B.B. has to be on your short list of places to visit. More
