Excellent customer service, never felt any pressure to purchase and Andy answered all of our questions. As my wife and I sat there she made the comment that this was the best experience she has had at any dealership. We ended up purchasing the vehicle the next morning and could not be more pleased. The excellent service did not end with the purchase and carried right thru to the finance department. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. The vehicle we purchased was nearly 10 years old with well over 100,000 miles, but Rich and Peter were understanding and fair about our concerns and allowed us to have the vehicle assessed by our own mechanic. They were genuinely concerned about our needs and were willing to compromise in order to mitigate our concerns.
