In and out in less than an hour. I was in a bind, my current car had less than 5 months left on the loan and I needed a 2nd car because my husbands broke down. I filled out the applic I was in a bind, my current car had less than 5 months left on the loan and I needed a 2nd car because my husbands broke down. I filled out the application online, by 11am I got a call from the dealership saying they can do the loan. What was even better, I got the loan with no $ down. I had saw a car I liked, talked to Scott he had it pulled out front for us to test drive. My husband took it for a spin, we both agreed this would be the car. I signed my paperwork and was the new owner of a Mazda CX-9 in about an hour. Chris our sales rep was super informative, prompt, courteous and walked me through the whole process. I felt no pressure and walked away with a pleasant car buying experience. I would definitely buy from this dealer again! More

He was very professional and helpful throughout the entire transaction, even going out of his way to gas the car while I was completing the financial paperwork. He didn't rush me through and out the door but took extra time to answer my questions and help me active the Bluetooth to sync my phone before I left B&B. I will definitely contact Danny when I'm ready to purchase my next BMW. The sales staff is the "face" of the organization, and Danny is the personification of customer service. More
