I am really impressed with his dedication to take care of whatever questions I had and most importantly did them efficiently. Every time he said he would call back with answers in a specific time frame he did which you would think is simple but sometimes hard to find. Negotiating the deal for my car was also very straight forward and efficient. I am really glad to have found these guys and would highly recommend Samuel to my friends and family without a doubt. The experience was highly professional and I 100% LOVED who I went in to buy a car. I will admit that I am extremely precise and determined on what I want! The only reason I came to Certified Benz and Beemer in Scottsdale was because I saw it on here at Dealer Rater. I have flown to cities just for a good auto buying experience. It's a good chunk of money and you will have the product for at least 5 years of your life, why wouldn't you take your time!? Anyways I saw on here that Samuel De Stefano was highly recommended to work with, so I called in and asked for him. He was young but was very helpful! We set up an appointment for later that day and as I arrived at 6:30pm, he was there waiting to open the door for me! We looked at a 2005 Mercedes Benz SL 5.0L, I was so impressed with the condition and the mileage of only 27k on the odometer! Sam walked me through it, showed me how to use the electric convertible top and spoke about how it compared to other vehicles they had available. Sam had me laughing and having fun within minutes! He moved a few models and drove the vehicle off of the 2nd floor so that I could drive it, and he trusted me enough to let me drive it for as long as I liked, alone. When I came back, again!!! He was holding the door waiting for me!!! He said I wold able to pull the car off and that it would look great at home and probably even make my neighbors jealous! I loved the quick, comfortable, and no pressure enviroment! They close at 8pm and I was talking with Samuel at about 7:45 and he was not rushed to go home what so ever, gave me his full attention from walking in all the way to walking out! A+ Dealership!
