This was perfect From the first moment I started looking for a car I dreaded it my husband did all the car shopping but he is deployed and I needed a new car. We went through USAA and not 5 minutes after I was approved Chris Nall called me answered all my questions and when I got in to see him he was very understanding that I was going to have to call my husband through out the process and with him being over seas that it could take time. Drove Over 300 Miles for the Best Service! Boy, were we pleased with our decision! The long drive was so worth it, as we were well taken care of. James put together our preliminary loan application and when we got to the dealership we immediately were swept off to test drive the car. Chris entertained us, along with the girls, beginning with the test drive and throughout our time at the dealership. The girls had great things to say about the dealership personnel who sat with them periodically while watching the World Cup, offering refreshments as they waited. Dustin, in Finance had all our paperwork ready for us and we were in and out of his office within minutes. Our previous experience with a dealership in Orange County was one of distrust as they lied to the bank through changing information on our loan application. At CBB, we knew all our information was accurately and truthfully sent to the bank as they verified all information my husband and I gave them. I highly recommend Certified Benz and Beemer for their inventory of great certified cars as well as the family friendly, trustworthy, and outstanding service. Wonderful Car Shopping Experience! I am in the market to purchase a late model BMW. After visiting a local BMW dealership, I decided to also visit Certified Benz and Beemer and was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. I was promptly greeted by James Valentine who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly while answering my numerous questions. The interaction felt like any but being in a used car dealership and in fact was far superior than my experience at BMW. Although I am not ready to purchase today, I feel that the information shared by James and his no pressure approach will bring me back once I am ready.
