Travis is awesome! I was determined to buy a BMW and only wanted to spend a set amount and was convienced that I needed a 535. Travis took the time to show me cars in m I was determined to buy a BMW and only wanted to spend a set amount and was convienced that I needed a 535. Travis took the time to show me cars in my price range as well as other models which I had originally thought were for me. As it turns out Travis' knowledge and patience landed me in a beautiful and well equipped 2014 328i which ironically cost me $6000 below what I had budgeted to spend. I am not an easy customer, I want what I want (even if the maufaturer does not make it), I have no patience and expect superb customer service. Travis went above and beyond as a sales person; he listened, explained and re-expalianed things as well as tracked down the exact car I envisioned which was located in Florida. He was a true professional and fully transparent with all the logistical steps and expenses! I would highly recommend this dealership and Travis. The entire experience was professional and painless. I went to Certified Benz & Beemer to check out a couple different makes of Mercedes and BMW. I was ever so pleasantly greeted by Tony D, I had done my "research" on a couple of the cars I was interested in but Tony was seriously a wealth of knowledge! Tony was friendly, knowledgeable, funny and what really meant the most- he was not too pushy. Even after letting him know I was most likely not going to be purchasing today, he continued to treat me with respect and his friendly, fun demeanor never wavered! He also helped me with financing and what my options could be when I'm ready to purchase! The service I received from Tony was absolutely outstanding and I would most definitely recommend him to anybody in the car buying position!! Thanks Tony!!!!! More
