I typically have a very low tolerance for dealing with car sales people, but I have to say, my experience at Certified Benz & Beemer was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Alex was h car sales people, but I have to say, my experience at Certified Benz & Beemer was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Alex was helpful, knowledgeable, and very low pressure; in fact he was no pressure, as he seemed more interested in making certain I found the car I was looking for then selling me a car. Under normal car buying circumstances, I take great pride in beating car sales men or women at their own game, but there was none of that at Certified Benz and Beemer, as they were very professional and very straight forward. Additionally, the follow up after the car purchase was top notch. Would I recommend Certified Benz & Beemer to a friend, yes; would I buy another car from Certified Benz & Beemer, definitely yes! Gary Gordon was an outstanding sales person. It was difficult to find a White, 2010, less than 50K mileage, Pre-owned BMW X5 in Scottsdale. It took 3 weeks or so but the dealership finally found one(gas, not diesel) They car was great., The detail team missed a couple of small items on the inspection checklist, but took care of it with no hassle, and no charge at a follow up service. gary handled the entire transaction, kept me informed throughout the process, and was available for post sale follow up questions that I had. Had a great experience and a great end to what I thought was going to be a problem. I purchased a 2005 Mercedes SL500 that had some issues that needed repair. While I did have to bring the car back to them to repair the problem that kept coming back. They were always eager to help me and great resolve to make me happy. When it seemed evident that the problems in the Mercedes were going to cause me an ulcer, Jack Shneider and James Valentine were happy to do whatever I desired to resolve the problems. It was my choice, let them keep repairing the problem or choose a different car. I did end up exchanging the car for another choice. James Valentine and Jack were happy to work with me all with the bottom line of making me happy. I would recommend this dealership and probably will purchase from them again in the future. They have a great selection of high end cars and their prices are competitive. More

Easiest Car I've Ever Purchased I have been trying to buy a car for the past 6 weeks. I was looking online for a few weeks but didn't see the Lexus I ended up buying. I was so impressed with their website when I was searching that upon arrival from a week vacation we went over the dealership to test drive cars. Casey was extremely helpful and not pushy a bit (which is important to me). Most the time purchasing a car is a horrible experience for me. This was so easy. I couldn't resist the Lexus ISF! We were not aware of this dealership. We had just looked at a similar car at a nearby dealership (it had had a hard life) and were driving by Benz and Beemer and stopped in to look. We were met by Jim Avise, who brought us to the vehicle we were interested in. The deal was a little unusual for us in that the vehicle we were trading-in was more valuable than the car we were buying. Jim worked up the numbers which were OK, of course we wanted more money, but the offer was fair. We made the deal and finished up with Dustin Johnson, the finance guru. Very competent and minimum amount of waiting around. Actually took some $$$$ home with us. A couple of items needed to be corrected on the car, and Travis Woodyard is coordinating that for us. The work has not been completed yet, but we're confident all will be done properly, based on conversations with other customers in the service area. We've owned a number of luxury vehicles and this is the best all-around experience at a car dealership so far. More
