absolutely one of the worst car buying experience I've ever I purchased the car on Tuesday and James Valentine ordered a part for me and said it will be ready for me to pick it up hopefully by Friday and that h I purchased the car on Tuesday and James Valentine ordered a part for me and said it will be ready for me to pick it up hopefully by Friday and that he is going to call me when it's in. Long story short I waited till Saturday and called him no answer left a message on his phone and on his cell phone no answer. Called him on Sunday he finally picked up I asked if the parts are here he said "I don't know" I said you were supposed to call me he said I was busy and was running around so I couldn't call me on Monday and come pick them up. Guess what I called on Monday they said he is coming at noon, called back at noon they said oh James Valentine is off today. I asked to talk to his boss "Chris Reyes" he answered and he said I will call him and ask him where the parts are and give you a call back right away. I waited till 6pm and he still didn't call me I called Chris and he said oh yeah he didn't pick up his phone so I'll make sure he calls u on Tuesday. Here is Tuesday now I went to pick up the parts that I've been waiting for for a week I made special trip on my lunch to get the parts he gave them to me and said our service department can't install it for you they don't have drill haha service department don't have drill. OK I took my car and the bracket to someone to install it and they said it's not the right part. 1 week passed and still I don't have it wow. I called James Valentine and was telling him it was a wrong item he had the worst rudest attitude ever and while I was talking he said well bring it in and hung up on me. this is my 5th car we buying for our business I've never seen nor experience such behavior and service from a dealer ship who I just gave my money to. Unbelievable very shocking. Now I'm gonna talk to the general manager Lee and will repost the results here. More

They are a no hassle easy to deal with dealership without the usual high pressure sales and price haggling one usually has to deal with at the national and lager dealerships. Though I was looking at one particular vehicle, their selection was outstanding and all the vehicles seemed to be very well maintained. Another great perk was the set no haggle price. They listed the vehicle for a very fair price which made the car buying experience very easy. My sales rep Jamie Herbranson was great. I walked in to look at a Toyota Tundra and he was just finishing up showing a Bentley of much higher cost to another customer. He treated me with the same respect and professionalism for a much lower priced vehicle that he obviously would make a smaller commission on. Great Guy. Also in finance Mohamed Abdouni was easy to deal with and friendly. All together , it was a great experience and I left there with the a vehicle I wanted feeling as though I got it for a great price.
