I stopped by out of the blue to see a car that was online and actually went to the wrong building. After meeting Alex he was happy to walk me across the street to look at the VW Jetta Sport Wagon TDI. After and actually went to the wrong building. Alex really helped me to understand everything and layout all my options. The next day i noticed a few things and gave Alex a call(he actually answered his phone) and let him know i was missing my owners manual and a few other things. Without hesitation he figured out what needed to be done a set up a time for me to come back in and take care of the minor issues I had. that made me very happy!! More

James was one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. I'm from Utah and was looking for a Land Rover LR4 with a Heavy Duty Package on it. My experience with CBB overall was excellent, the vehicles are as advertised. CBB lives up to their 3 month 3000 mile warranty. Lee Grubbs is a hands on manager and is very professional his word is his bond. Tony Lombardo is a professional and takes a lot of pride in how the Service Department addresses problems. Meets customers concerns head-on and makes things happen. My only complaint is how outside vendors that perform services not supplied by CBB are allowed to abuse customers vehicles, show no urgency for job completion and still have a service contracts. More
