Great Experience, Picked Up A Beast! I had a fantastic experience at CBB. I was not really in the market for a new car, but was browsing online when I discovered a BMW X6 at a deal I cou I had a fantastic experience at CBB. I was not really in the market for a new car, but was browsing online when I discovered a BMW X6 at a deal I could not pass up. Problem was I am in Tucson, the dealership is in Scottsdale (around 2 hours away). I spoke with Richard via the phone, and I felt confident we could reach an agreement on my trade of a BMW X5, so I drove up the same day. Richard took care of my trade evaluation right away, and the price came back right on with what I had researched and where I wanted to end up. After that, wasn't much to think about, except driving out in my X6. I did have a small issue with the car, and CBB took care of it for me right away, at a shop here in Tucson. So, the customer service is excellent! I look forward to exploring the freeways and road this weekend. Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with.. We Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with.. We couldn't fond the exact car we were looking for and he said" Wait I think it could be in the wash Rac Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with.. We couldn't fond the exact car we were looking for and he said" Wait I think it could be in the wash Rack" and it was..we bought the car then and there.. we took it for a test drive , they rewashed it and as I was signing the paper work I could see Gary out there polishing the car up...checking on the wash job.. I stopped by out of the blue to see a car that was online and actually went to the wrong building. After meeting Alex he was happy to walk me across the street to look at the VW Jetta Sport Wagon TDI. After and actually went to the wrong building. Alex really helped me to understand everything and layout all my options. The next day i noticed a few things and gave Alex a call(he actually answered his phone) and let him know i was missing my owners manual and a few other things. Without hesitation he figured out what needed to be done a set up a time for me to come back in and take care of the minor issues I had. that made me very happy!! More
