The best experience I have ever had purchasing from a dealer out of eleven cars from eight dealerships in 25 years. The car was priced right, the car was immaculate (as was the entire dealership, every c dealer out of eleven cars from eight dealerships in 25 years. I was given a fair amount for my trade, the staff was focused, attentive and in tune to my wants and needs, and the the process and paperwork was done very quickly. Three days later and I am still astonished at the attention to detail, professionalism and pricing. There is no question my future purchases will be from this dealership and I have told my experience to a client who is looking for a Ford King Ranch edition who is now excited about the opportunity to work with a dealership that "gets it". After visiting another dealership and being disappointed I decided to stop by Certified Benz and Beemer. Alex was very friendly and patient as he showed me numerous cars that was in my price range. I became discouraged because i was unsure i would find the vehicle I really wanted but Alex continued to ask questions as to what type of car I was looking for and showed me cars that fit my taste. After showing me a few cars he showed me the BMW 525i. Although I liked the car I didn't feel it was in my price range nor did I have the time or patience for negotiating back and forth. Alex was clear cut and to the point on what the car can be sold for to insure it would fall into my price range. My overall experience was good with Alex and I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

From the moment we walked onto the dealership floor we were comfortable and impressed. Our sales representative was Bill Schumer. When we had a small electrical problem with the car we purchased, Bill walked us through it and arranged for a loaner car. He researched the problem with Lexus and had it fixed. Then he had the tinting changed on the windows with no problem no fuss, because they were too dark for Oregon state where we live. Everyone we dealt with at Certified Benz and Beemer was terrific, from the manager to the service department and even the receptionist and the person who did the paperwork. I highly recommend Certified Benz and Beemer if you're looking for a car. More
