I just bought a car from Bill at Certified Benz and Beemer and had the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I ended up making three different trips into the dealership before I made my final decision and was never pressured into buying anything before I was ready. That alone was something I had never experienced at a dealership before. When I finally decided on my Mercedes it took less than an hour for financing and to take delivery of the car. They were very professional on every level. I probably would have been out even faster but they looked over the car before I took delivery and found a chip in the windshield by the wiper (That I probably would never have noticed) and repaired it before I left with the car. Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction surpasses anything that I have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. I will be back for another car from CBB and have already referred a couple friends and just today I referred a stranger that was checking out my new ride while I was gassing up. Job Well done CBB! My husband and I don't usually like the whole car buying experience but we decided to call on a BMW 7 Series while we were in town for vacation. We were tight on time and Tony mentioned that he understood but that he could furnish pictures and an additional streaming video of the vehicle so my husband and I could get closer look at what we were looking to purchase. We buy plenty of items online but have NEVER bought a car online or on the telephone before. Tony DeCesare made me feel comfortable with the transaction from start to finish almost as if I was in the dealership in person. I would strongly recommend Tony and Certified Benz and Beemer to anyone in the market for a nice car. There was no haggling or pressure from Tony's side....in fact he kept re-iterating that all he wanted was for us to enjoy our vacation and if we agreed upon a number we would have a 7 Series waiting for us by the time we finished our Scottsdale, Los Angeles vacation.
