I traded my minivan for a BMW X1 and the sales person helping us was very friendly and courteous. The entire transaction was hassle free, un-stressful, and actually pleasant. The sales person went over additional warranty and maintenance options, but when I declined it, he respected my decision and did not try and push me on this. I was pleasantly surprised by this unlike most other car dealers who try and push all the extra add on’s. I ended up financing at the dealership and that experience was very pleasant as well. There was again no additional push by the finance manager to buy into other add on’s. All the numbers were explained clearly with great detail so that there was no confusion. The entire car buying experience from the minute I walked in to the time I left with a new car was not more than 2 and half hours. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and look forward to buying my next car from them. More
