After exploring several options, the payments were a little too high, so we (Tracey) decided to see what a credit union with which they work would be able to offer. She illustrated a "worst case" scenario for payments with a lender, which would have been acceptable, and after underwriting review by the lender, the payment came in less than the "worst case" scenario. This was the easiest, most relaxing car buying process I had ever encountered. It was a well-oiled machine. Started with just looking for a car through the internet, and found what I wanted. I inquired, and got a quick response from Jeff Hallenbeck. I told Jeff I had a third party loan provider, and wanted to see if he can get me a lower rate. He said he can do better,. And he did. I got a follow up call from Trevor Gaiser to make sure I have all the info I need. After a few emails, I got the Invitation to Negotiate online. I brought up a few concerns, and was remedied quickly with a follow up Invitation to negotiate online. Everything was in black and white. Transparent. No hidden agendas. I also checked KBB for pricing...they were lower. No need to haggle on price. And I usually haggle for a better price. On my way to test drive, got a follow up call again from Trevor, and made sure the car was ready when I get there. It was an hour and a half from where I was. I was greeted immediately by Jeff. Then Trevor introduced himself. Then I met the owner Jack. Owners usually hide in their office...not this guy. Even the finance guy, Dustin, got me in and out in no time. This is, by far, the best experience I had in a car dealership for awhile. I'll make sure to recommend them to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Even in Arkansas. My experience with Certified Benz and Beemer was excellent. Their inventory was impressive and the "no haggle" pricing was far lower than you'll be able to get at any other dealer. I did a lot of research on the car I wanted and this dealership had the best deal around. I stopped in after work one day to take a look at the car I wanted. I knew what I wanted before I went in which helped make the car buying process go quickly. I spoke with Will May and he was great. Will was very friendly, personable, honest and up front. Communication between us went very well and with the no haggle pricing, we agreed on a deal very quickly. In fact I came in, bought the car and drove home in the new car in about half an hour and that includes going thru financing and buying their extended warranty. I worked with Maggie in financing and she was great as well. She even remembered me from when I bought my first car from them. I absolutely love the car I bought from them and everything mechanically works perfectly but after driving the car for a couple of days I noticed there was a couple of the options on the car that we not working properly. Will actually called me before I was going to call him to check and see how everything was going and so I let him know about what wasn't working so he set me up with Maurice in their service department. Certified Benz and Beemer offers a 3 month/3000 mile warranty for all of their cars they sell plus I also bought the extended warranty. I have bought extended warranties for other cars I have had in the past and they were such a hassle to try and use and had to jump thru all kind of hoops just to use them. But not at Certified Benz and Beemer. Once I started working with Maurice and he was awesome. He took care of everything. He is very friendly, honest and easy to work with. He treated me like a person not like another customer. They needed to order some parts so they were going to have my my car for a couple of days. He scheduled me an appointment and set me up with a loaner car, which is part of the extended warranty, to get everything fixed. The mechanics fixed what needed to be fixed and checked their work to make sure everything worked the way its supposed to. The even made a minor improvement to a piece that was working but could have potentially have gone out soon just to make sure it stayed working and to save me a trip from having to have it worked on. I even spoke with Lee one of the GMs and he was a very friendly and funny guy. They have a very broad range of vehicles on inventory and even though I didn't buy one of their super high end cars, I never felt like I wasn't important to them. I have no connection to anyone at Certified Benz and Beemer, I just happened to buy a car from them. But I am very satisfied with every encounter I have had with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone. More
