Overall the seemed welcoming (as you would expect). Barry was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. We did a test drive and he made sure I was able to take the car through its paces. The finance part of the process was also very smooth and although they gave me the opportunity to be upsold on some services there was not pressure for that either. Bryan made several accomodations for me and went out of his way to attend to some special requests. Bryan allowed me to speak directly with the mechanic who worked on my car and I found him to be a top-notch technician. I was treated like I was a valued customer.
