Has to be the best experience at a car Dealership I have ever had. Even with our 3 year old son. Went there the first time around and they really didnt have anything I was to interested in around my price ever had. Even with our 3 year old son. We actually ended up trading in 2 cars and purchasing 2 cars! All in a very reasonable time! And this is all coming from someone who's father in law owns a car dealership back east. I saw an add online for a Z4 that was too good to be true. After arriving at the dealer and test driving the Z4 and then an SLK to satisfy my interest, the Z4 was the pick. It was not quite the price we had in mind. I was dreading the normal BS of negotiating for a fair deal. After a few painless negotiations were made, we bought the car. There was never any pressure put on my wife and I about buying the car. The price was very fair and below other prices I had seen on comparable vehicles. Definitely not the typical car dealer atmosphere. Found the staff to be professional in a very casual way. Everybody was cordial, the negociation non-aggressive and the sale efficient with no secondary add the staff to be professional in a very casual way. The only item I found troublesome was the dealer addons (tint & vehicle ID) on a used vehicle but what lot does not throw something below the asking price these days.
