Even after the sale was done, there was a small fixable dent that I did not worry about for the sale. As we just finishing up, I apologize I don’t remember the managers name, but he came out with an IOU to fix the dent. Plus I had some installed speakers I couldn’t remove in the sale but didn’t have time to get back to the dealer to remove them. So what did Leandra do? She droves out to my house to make it easy for me to uninstall. Had I gone to the dealer, I know I would not have had the right tools… What dealer does these things? From the get-go, Michael was very honest and open with me about the process of the fees and what it would look like… after I’ve already been disappointed by other dealerships I took his word and did my own calculations before I even met him - and when we finally talked the numbers, it was literally a few dollars off from my own calculation and again I was impressed and extremely satisfied.
