My wife and I were hesitant and dreading going to purchase a car due to our past experiences with pushy salesmen, hidden fees and add on. So when we arrived at Benz and Beemer we were already in defe purchase a car due to our past experiences with pushy salesmen, hidden fees and add on. So when we arrived at Benz and Beemer we were already in defense mode. We were greeted by Brandon and we told him what car we had seen online and would like to test drive it. Brandon was very helpful not pushy at all and was happy to help us. My wife and I thought Brandon or whoever was going to help us would try to rush us and up sell us because we were there to see about a Toyota Highlander and not a Benz or BMW. Let me tell you Brandon made us feel very comfortable, showed us the highlander we wanted and even asked if we would like to see the other highlanders they had. Big plus there he asked, not just rushed us to see the more expensive upgraded ones. After the test drive my wife and I were thinking ok here comes the sales pitch for upgrades and add on. But Brandon made it very clear there were no additional add ons unless we wanted them. The only fee that wasn't included was the registration license fee which is normal. I looked up the average price of this and they were right on the money not way higher like other dealerships I looked into. My wife and I drove here in our own separate cars cause we weren't a hundred percent sure if we were going to buy the car. But when we decided to go ahead with the purchase we began to worry how are we going to get the new car home. We told Brandon about this little dilemma and he said, "no problem, I'll deliver it to your home." After buying the highlander and getting home 5 mins later I heard my doorbell and wouldn't you know it, Brandon actually deliver our new car. He didn't have someone else do it he drove it himself! And in rush hour traffic. All in all great place to buy a new or used car. Definitely recommend going with Brandon. Stress free easy going great experience. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family. When we're ready to make another purchase we'll be going here. Thank you Brandon! More
