CBB just so happened to be my first and last stop on a day I had originally intended to check out multiple dealerships. I came in with a strict financial plan in mind and I was blown away by the quantity day I had originally intended to check out multiple dealerships. I came in with a strict financial plan in mind and I was blown away by the quantity and quality of inventory CBB had to offer. Jeremy was super accommodating and directed me toward several vehicles that matched my price point and taste in vehicles. Once I finally narrowed it down to "the one" Jeremy and the CBB Finance dept. worked some magic and devised a plan that would have me in my vehicle of choice for even less than I had intended- minus the gimmicks, hidden fees and B.S. you can expect from most dealerships today. I give Jeremy 5 Stars because he was on the ball, worked with me to make it all happen the way it was intended to and kept to true to his word. As for the dealership, I would have given them a 5 Star review as well, but had to dock them a star for 3 reasons: 1. Paid full price for a luxury vehicle that is basically new (only 5k miles) yet, It did not come with a manual and I am waiting on them to locate the one they photographed in the my vehicle's ad so for the meanwhile, I am using google to figure out the advanced tech and performance package. 2. Vehicles are typically professionally detailed upon purchase before leaving the lot and I was told it would be. It was really well cleaned, but not detailed- chrome exhaust, valances, wheels and plastic had watermarks and small smudges that I ended up just cleaning myself. 3. I drove off the lot with a near empty tank of gas (again, another common expectation when purchasing a new vehicle is they leave you with a full tank). Overall, CBB earned my business and will continue to as I have signed on to their Concierge Services after such a great experience buying such a great car! If they could tidy up the "little" things that make a big difference towards the end (i.e. making sure the vehicle comes equipped with everything it should (manual) , and ensure you are leaving the lot in a professionally detailed car with a full tank of gas, they are hands down a 5-Star Dealership just as Jeremy is a 5-Star Dealer. If I receive the manual, I will likely attempt to edit my dealership rating; bump it up to 5-Star. More
