James understood my position and made an in-depth video of the car including the few cosmetic flaws the car has. I decided to take advantage of the 3-day satisfaction guarantee policy and have someone look at the car once delivered. They did not see anything wrong with the car and I am very pleased with my first experience purchasing a car through a dealer. There was a some poor communication on the financing side of deal, not sure if it was the bank or CBB but this did not cause much of a delay. More
