We came into CBB to look at the Mercedes GLE 450. James greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. I knew we were in good hands when he had the vehicle brought up for a test drive within minutes. Alexander, our sales person, did a great job and answered all our questions. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the prep the dealer did for us taking the car home was not great. The gas tank was all our questions. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the prep the dealer did for us taking the car home was not great. The gas tank was only 1/4 to 1/3 full and the windshield had some sort of greasy film on it. More
