Unfortunately our car seat wouldn’t fit comfortably so Alexander and David helped us find something else to get into within our price range. They helped us through the whole car buying process and were extremely helpful. We didn’t have to haggle on prices and felt like the vehicles were priced fairly. We spent minimal time doing paperwork and waiting around, which is really important when you have a toddler with you car shopping. It was fantastic to get the A+ service their dealer is known for! Good Service! Good Experience! Almost Excellent! I bought a BMW at this dealership and had great service while buying my car. I had my car brought in for minor repairs and Juan did a great job with c I bought a BMW at this dealership and had great service while buying my car. I had my car brought in for minor repairs and Juan did a great job with communicating with me about the status of my car and what was being done to it. I didn't score this review excellent because of a few things that were not a big deal to me, but definitely brought my experience down a level. -The loaner that was given to me was really dirty and smelly. Although I didn't drive it that much, still should have been cleaned. (also had the rear blinker out). -My car was not replenished with gas when I went to pick it up. It was close to closing and since I came to the dealership to pick my car up, I just told Juan that I would put gas in it. -I had my car detailed and I dont feel like it was washed very good. Lots of water spots and dirt on the bottom side of the doors. More

When no loaner vehicle was available, he hustled to get us home in an UBER paid for entirely by CB&B. Mike checked out all existing warranties, kept us consistently informed as to the status of car repairs, and when repair took longer than anticipated Mike had the car delivered to us. How can that be beat? Little wonder why CB&B keeps winning awards for the best dealership/customer service in Arizona! THANK YOU MIKE!! More
