Extremely disappointed to pleasantly surprised! I want to say that the service advisor, Randy, was spectacular to work with and I felt as if he was the only person who cared about the service at CBB I want to say that the service advisor, Randy, was spectacular to work with and I felt as if he was the only person who cared about the service at CBB. When I bought my car from them, I planned to be a customer for life. Very long story short, I dropped my car off for service with a specific deadline for when I needed the car back. Not only did I not receive my car back when I needed it, but after picking it up and driving out of town for work, my battery died! How do you not notice the slow crank when you had the car for 3 days?! I had to tow it to a local dealership, and it was an additional $550 out of my pocket to have my battery replaced. Totally unacceptable that the service department didn’t check my battery and left me vulnerable. Also, they didn’t take care of my airbag recall and I’m mortified that they didn’t bother. UPDATE - just after I posted this review I received a call from Tyson at CBB. He thoughtfully asked if he could help to change my mind about returning for service, but most importantly, he took responsibility for the mistakes that were made. I was impressed by how he listened to me, apologized for what I experienced, and asked how he could make it right. I left the original review up because it’s honest and real, and CBB has won me back as a customer. Very, very impressive service, Tyson. More

Amazing Doing business with CBB was such a easy process. Danny was so easy going and accommodating since a traveled 3 and a half ours to purchase the vehicle.
