The sales representative was very helpful and the sale process was fairly easy. My only concern is to be aware of the vehicle certification check points. I scratched the underneath of my car and had a piece of plastic hanging. I noticed this as I was driving and realized it was a Sunday where BMW service was closed. Within minutes, he temporarily fixed my issue and asked me to come in the next day to get it permanently fixed. I have never met such a kind and helpful person.
