From having all of the paperwork completed for me so I could drop my car off at 7AM and have a loaner - in less then 5 min from arrival, to taking my car over (so I didn't have to) to BMW to have recalled airbag replaced, to texting me throughout to keep me updated on timing and progress...the experience was fantastic. We have always purchased the package on all of our vehicles that includes free oil changes. You would assume on free oil changes the quality and service would not be as high, at least that is what I used to think. We have dealt with Randy Wood in the service department who goes above and beyond my expectations. He was so accommodating in scheduling and when we went to pick up the car I hardly got out of my vehicle and he was practically at my car door with the keys and paperwork from the oil change so we could immediately be on our way and what absolutely blew me away was the car was thoroughly washed and cleaned inside and out. Thank you so much Randy for making our visit so pleasing. More
