Service Had an appt and waited 15 min to speak to advisor. Took two hours for an oil change and then they told me I had a gas leak and it wasn’t covered and Had an appt and waited 15 min to speak to advisor. Took two hours for an oil change and then they told me I had a gas leak and it wasn’t covered and argued with me that it was leaking and I feel did something to make it leak so I would have to leave my car there and then offered me no transportation. I told them that I would call Land Rover who would give me a loaner and then found out that the repair would cost me nothing because it was under warranty. CBB service advisor told me that it wasn’t covered and would cost me $1500 They were rude and discourteous and tried to rip me off. Would never recommend!! More

Michael Miller in the service department has been phenomenal to work with every time and a guy you can truly trust to work on any repairs/maintenance for your car. It is a refreshing feeling when you know your car is in good hands when you drop it off. 10/10 would recommend this dealership. More

Amazing customer service by Collin I purchased my vehicle last year and on and off I have been having trouble with the stereo and it was still under the factory warranty. I have taken I purchased my vehicle last year and on and off I have been having trouble with the stereo and it was still under the factory warranty. I have taken it in MULTIPLE times and I continued having issues and each time the dealership said that the issues had been rectified-but by the time I left the dealership, I would have problems right away. So after months and months of going back and forth to the dealership, recently my factory warranty expired. I purchased an extended warranty when I purchased my vehicle and again I was having troubles so I brought it into Certified Benz and Beemers after speaking with Collin over the phone. COLLIN WAS GREAT!!! He told me that he would ensure that it was taken care of and he confirmed that I indeed have coverage with the warranty I purchased. Collin made sure to have a Loaner car for me and called when the part was ordered. COLLIN kept me in the loop during the process of finding out the issues with my stereo. Collin called me once the parts were ordered and when the expected time of completion would be. I received a call from COLLIN apologizing that additional programming was needed and unfortunately it would be longer than estimated. Once my vehicle was ready COLLIN contacted me and informed me it was good to go, and it is working fine. This is THE BEST Customer Service that I have received, not just from the Service Department, but since the beginning of my car buying selection and up until this point in time, and that includes BETTER customer service than was provided by TWO BMW dealerships.
